Terms and Conditions

The Marriage Ready Masterclass is a live, online, group educational session conducted over Zoom, along with the bonus material described on the registration page. It is not one-on-one coaching, therapy, counselling, or a matchmaking service.

We do not promise or guarantee that you will find a partner, enter a relationship, or get married, within any timeframe or at all. What you take from this session depends on your own participation and your own circumstances. Any testimonials or examples shared are individual accounts, not a promise of your result.

Aarti Chawla is a certified counsellor and coach. This session is educational. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed mental health professional or a doctor. If you are dealing with a mental health condition or are in distress, please consult a qualified professional. Every decision you make about your relationships and your personal life remains your own.

Your registration is personal to you. Joining links, session access, and bonus material are for your use only and may not be shared, forwarded, resold or given to anyone else. Sharing access may result in your registration being cancelled without refund.

Session date and time are as stated on the registration page. Joining details are sent to the email and phone number you register with, so please enter them correctly. We are not responsible if you miss the session because of wrong contact details, your own internet connection, device problems, or because you didn't check your inbox or spam folder.

Sessions are recorded by us. By joining, you consent to being recorded, including your name, your chat messages, and your video and audio if you switch them on. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid posting in the chat. The recording belongs to us and we may use it for our records, for quality purposes, and to share with registered attendees.

You may not record, screenshot, stream or reproduce any part of the session yourself.

This is a group setting where people share personal situations. Treat other attendees with respect. Do not share anything from the session outside it. Do not promote your own business or services in the chat. We may remove anyone who disrupts the session or makes others uncomfortable, without refund.

All material shared in the session, the bonuses, the RRR Method framework, and everything on this site belongs to us. You may use it for your own personal purposes. You may not copy it, reproduce it, teach it, sell it, or use it commercially without our written permission.

We may need to change the date or time of a session, or run it in a different format, for reasons outside our control. If that happens, we will move you to the next available session.

All fees are payable in advance through our payment gateway. Registration is confirmed only once payment is successful.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from your participation in this session or your use of the material shared in it. Our total liability in any case will not exceed the amount you paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time of your registration is the one that applies to you.
