What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment confirmation details. We do not collect or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled by Razorpay, and your payment information goes directly to them.
When you use the site, we automatically collect basic technical information like your IP address, browser type, device type, and which pages you visited. This comes from cookies and tracking tools, including the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics.
Recording of sessions
The live session is recorded. If you attend, your name, your video and audio if you switch them on, and anything you type in the chat may be captured in that recording. Recordings are used for our internal records, for quality and training purposes, and may be shared with registered attendees. If you do not want to appear in the recording, keep your camera and microphone off and avoid posting in the chat. By joining the session, you consent to being recorded on this basis.
Why we collect it
To give you access to the masterclass and the bonus material. To send you session reminders, joining links, and follow-up communication about our programmes. To answer your questions when you contact us. To understand how people find and use the site so we can improve it. To measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We share your information only with the service providers we need to run this: our payment gateway (Razorpay), our email and messaging tools, our webinar platform (Zoom), and our analytics and advertising platforms (Meta, Google). Each of these handles your data under their own privacy terms.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We may share information if the law requires it.
Marketing communication
By registering, you agree to receive emails, WhatsApp messages and calls from us about the masterclass and our other programmes. You can opt out at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email, replying STOP on WhatsApp, or writing to us at Askaartichawla@gmail.com.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to remember your session and to measure advertising and traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration details for as long as you remain on our list, and for as long as we need them for our records and legal obligations. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you communication but may keep a minimal record of the transaction.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to Askaartichawla@gmail.com and we will respond. Some information may be retained where the law requires it, and recordings of past live sessions cannot always be edited to remove an individual.
Children
This programme is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes
We may update this policy. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
